Dollars being disengaged from our organizations

Commentary
Employee engagement is more than simple economics and there are many important issues including the bottom line but we can’t let disengaged employees be a drain of the organizational resources.

Does it mean you can increase salary by upto $2246 to make the employee engaged or better still provide a on-site opportunity to make him more engaged. Just a comment.
